• A user submits a contact request and the system connects the request to a verified agent. • Communication happens inside the platform via private chat; there are no public listing pages. • Agents go through verification by providing official documents, and users may be asked to confirm their details before starting. • After initial messages, both parties can choose to continue the conversation outside the platform by any mutually agreed method.
