By using or registering for Yalla Baytak, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part, please do not use the platform.

Yalla Baytak facilitates direct communication between real estate agents and property seekers through private in‑app chat only. We do not publish public property listings or advertisements. We do not sell, rent, or broker real estate; our role is limited to providing a means of communication between the parties. We do not guarantee the completion of any deal, and all transactions remain the responsibility of the parties.

Users must provide accurate, up‑to‑date information and may be asked to verify identity via official documents or WhatsApp number. Keep your login credentials confidential and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Spam, harassment, or misleading content is prohibited and may result in suspension or termination.

Agents must submit documentation verifying their identity and experience such as real estate licences or ID cards, including a valid real estate brokerage licence and identification cards, before using the platform. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application according to our criteria. The agent is solely responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide and their interactions with users.

We process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and only for verification and communication purposes. We do not sell data or share it with unauthorized parties. Contact details are shared between users and agents only after mutual consent.

It is prohibited to use the platform to execute contracts or collect any payments on behalf of the platform, and publishing public property listings or advertisements is prohibited. Agents may only share property information privately with users via the in‑platform chat.

We aim to provide a reliable experience, but we do not guarantee the completeness or accuracy of information shared by users. Yalla Baytak is not a party to agreements or transactions conducted outside the platform and is not responsible for disputes between users. You agree to indemnify the platform and its staff from claims arising from your breach of these terms.

We may suspend or terminate access if a user violates these terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Parties will first attempt amicable resolution; otherwise disputes will be referred to the competent courts in Dubai.
